INSTALLATION  STEPS 

ModRoof Installation — 3 Stages

1) Steel Structure (Design & Erection)

• Site set-out, code-compliant drawings.

• Fabrication/coatings, base-plates & anchors, leveling, stiffeners.

• QC: alignment, weld/torque checks, documentation.

2) Panel Installation (ModRoof Panels)

• Lifting & fixing of lightweight panels to the frame.

• Trims/flashings, provisions for skylights/solar; insulation if required.

• QC: fastener check, joint gaps, drainage paths.

3) Waterproofing & Finishing

• High-performance membrane (glued + heat-sealed), roof-to-wall interfaces.

• Sealants, terminations, gutters; leak check and snag close-out.

• QC: final inspection and handover.​
